TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation is requested a deposit to send by bank (in this case, there is a fee to add for italian tax bank) or postal money-order to send the day after booking in the following ways:

Low and Middle Season:

• 50% of total amount and settlement cash at the arrival to B&B.

Not accepted cheques or credit cards.

High Season/Festivities:

• from 30 to 15 calendar days before the arrival: 30% of total amount and settlement 7 days before the arrival
• from 14 to 8 calendar days before the arrival: 50% of total amount and settlement 7 days before the arrival
• from 7 calendar days before the arrival: total settlement

Special Booking in Advance:

• 50% of total amount within 3 months before check-in date
• total settlement within 30 calendar days before the arrival

Special Stay with Dinner in Restaurant:

• total settlement within 7 days before the arrival

The non-payment within time-limit will involve the automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Booking about:

• Suite India with Kitchen Use: caution money € 200,00
• Groups (min. 10 pax): caution money€ 100,00 per room

The money caution will be returned at the end of stay.

The Clients will pay any damages caused to B&B Montesilvano Paradiso at the end of stay.

Stay with dogs
The owners cannot leave the dogs alone in the guetsrooms. If it is necessary, the B&B requests a caution money of € 200,00 also for only 1 night stay.
